Thursday	2nd		Coaching Session 1 By Helen Press. The clubhouse will be closed between the hours of 6:30 and 9:00pm. Depending on the weather and light conditions, the coaching may take place on Field B. If this is the case, then Field B will be closed, and the clubhouse may be available to members. Members to refer to Helen on the evening.
Friday	3rd	Club Night
Saturday	4th		Performance Coaching No 3 By Brian Slayford. The clubhouse will be closed between the hours of 10:00 and 4:00pm. Depending on the weather and light conditions, the coaching may take place on Field B. If this is the case, then Field B will be closed, and the clubhouse may be available to members. Members to refer to Brian on the day.
Sunday	5th	Club Morning		Hampshire Archery Association 2009 County Trials: at AC Delco
Monday	6th	Club Night

Thursday	9th		Work Party Day (depending on numbers) :- Shooting in the clubhouse will not be available from 10:00am. Foam cutting and or boss repairing will be carried out. Members will be able to shoot inside after the work party has completed. If you are available to help out, please place your name on the wipe board in the clubhouse, or see Rob. Beginners Course Wk 1:- The clubhouse will be closed to members between the hours of 7:00pm and 9:00pm. Depending on the weather and light conditions, the coaching may take place on Field B. Sunday	19th	Club Morning	Easter Shoot: Field B will be closed for this shoot, and the clubhouse shooting may be restricted during this time.
