Club Fee's

 

Andover Archers have five main classes of Membership

Note:- Only the Senior Members carry voting rights at the AGM.

 

Senior Member

  • any person of 18 years or older who has been accepted as a member of the club and has paid to the club the prescribed club, County, Region and National affiliation fees for the year or direct members of GNAS who acknowledge Andover Archers as their primary Club. Membership for 2007/08 will be £72.00, (this excludes the G.N.A.S.fees, which some members pay direct, County and S.C.A.S. fees ). County fees for 2007/08 are £3.00 per Adult, and the S.C.A.S fee is £1.50 per Adult. No fee is payable for Juniors to the County or S.C.A.S.

 

Junior Member

  • any person of less than 18 years who has been accepted as a Junior member of the club and has paid to the club the prescribed club, fee for the year. The 2007/08 will be £36.00. The G.N.A.S. fees are paid by the club. A Junior must be under 18 on the 1st November of that membership year.

 

Disabled Member

  • any person who is registered disabled and has been accepted as a disabled member of the club and has paid to the club the prescribed club, County, and Region fees for the year.

 

Honorary Member

  • any person upon whom the club has conferred this title in recognition of service to the club or to archery in general.

 

Senior Associate Member

  • any person of 18 years or older who has been accepted as an associate  member of the club and has paid to the Club the prescribed Club fee but does not recognise Andover Archers as their primary Club.

  • Summer membership is for Senior Associate Member who have been accepted as an associate  member of the club and has paid to the Club the prescribed Club fee but does not recognise Andover Archers as their primary Club but are members of another club, and wish to use the club facilities between the 1st April and to the 30th September. The cost is £36.00.

  • Winter membership is for Senior Associate Member who have been accepted as an associate  member of the club and has paid to the Club the prescribed Club fee but does not recognise Andover Archers as their primary Club but are members of another club, and wish to use the club facilities between the 1st October and the 31st March. The cost is £36.00.

 

Junior Associate Member

  • any person of less than 18 years who has been accepted as a Junior Associate Member of the Club and has paid to the club the prescribed Club fee but who does not recognise Andover Archers as their primary club.

 

Affiliate Member

  • any non shooting person who wishes to be associated with the club, having paid a donation to the club.

 

Visiting Archers

At Andover Archers we welcome visiting archers from other clubs, to shoot at both our indoor and outdoor range, with prior arrangement with one of our committee members. Visiting archers are permitted to shoot for a maximum of 6 visits in any one club year. Visitor's shooting fees are currently £3.50 per archer per visit.

Archers wishing to shoot at our club, must provide the following:-

  • Evidence of holding current G.N.A.S. membership, either through an affiliated club or through direct membership, and can produce their card.

  • Proof of completing a beginners course, if applicable.
  • Evidence through whom the archer pays his or hers G.N.S.A. subscription. or is paid direct, and or clubs that that archer belongs, (their First Claim Club).

G.N.A.S. Fees

  • G.N.A.S. Subscription for a new member joining Andover Archers on or after 1st May in any year shall cover the period until 1st October of the following year. The current subscription is £33.00 for a full year. G.N.A.S. fees are due on the 1st October of each year.

The current G.N.A.S. Fees are:-

  • Club member (Senior)      £33.00

  • Club Member (Junior)      £20.00

  • Junior Club (en bloc)        £50.00

  • Direct Member (Senior)   £41.00

  • Direct Member (Junior)    £40.00

  • School Club (en bloc        £50.00

  • Disabilities                        £ Nil

  • University Club                 £110.00

The G.N.A.S. (club year) runs from 1st October to the 30th  September. Andover Archers Fee year runs from the 1st November to the 31st October.

Note:- All fees are reviewed at the AGM each year.
